Return Eligibility
- Damaged or Incorrect Shipments: Any discrepancies, transit damages, or packaging issues must be reported within 48 hours of delivery accompanied by photographic evidence and batch/lot numbers.
- Sterile & Sealed Goods: Due to hygiene and regulatory compliance, medical equipment with broken factory security seals or opened sterile pouches cannot be returned for restock.
- Batch Recalls & Manufacturer Warranty: In the rare event of a manufacturer recall or warranty defect, 24 Medical handles replacement or credit note issuance immediately.
